Principal Designer
The Japanese say that with the mountain behind you and the water in front, inspiration flows. Wendy works from her studio overlooking Lake Karapiro with Mt Maungatautari as a backdrop, and so inspired, creates her plans.

She achieved the Award for Design Excellence in Diploma in Landscape Design, going on to be a Design Award Winner at the Waikato Home Show and won an International Design Award at the Ellerslie Flower Show which was exhibited at the Melbourne Flower Show.
Wendy is a sensitive listener and from her first meeting with new clients, develops a clear brief of the clients requirements. From the outset, she involves her clients and their architects in the design process so ensuring that the home and garden develop in a coherent style, each complimenting the other, and clearly reflecting the tastes and lifestyles of the occupiers. She also likes to extend her clients beyond any preconceived mindsets. This ensures for the client, the best possible outcome.
Clients appreciate Wendy's open communication style. Her experience and practical "hands on" background enable her to develop design solutions to difficult problem sites and her experience in both house and garden development means she knows what will work and what will not.
Wendy has a reputation for strong clean designs with strong visual impact, that not only stand the test of time, but improve with time. Each design is unique, a reflection of the clients brief.
